The Aggies for Christ are a group of Christian students sponsored by the Logan church of Christ. AFC helps students develop friendships with other Christians that will last a lifetime. USUSA Utaku is a club for students to gather and discus, watch, and share their love of all things Anime, Comic books, Doctor Who the Sky's the limit! Club Activities include but are not limited to: Viewing Days: where we watch sample episodes of a series or genera. Reading Days: where we bring in manga and comics to share and read in club. Operation Smile is a private, not-for-profit volunteer medical services organization providing reconstructive surgery and related health care to indigent children and young adults in developing countries and the United States. Operation Smile provides education and training around the world to physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve long-term self sufficiency. Since its creation by Dr. William Magee in 1982, Operation Smile International has been dedicated to restoring the smiles and human dignity of people who have been afflicted with congenital facial and functional abnormalities. Much of Operation Smile’s efforts have been directed to underdeveloped nations in which the necessary medical technology either does not exist or is not accessible to those who need it. Operation smile works to ensure that children born with facial abnormalities are not condemned to a life of shame, ostracism and loneliness. Operation Smile has a presence in more than 60 countries and since its founding in 1982, has provided more than 220,000 free surgical procedures for children and young adults born with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities. Operation Smile is independent of all political, religious, and ethnic affiliations and is funded solely through individual and corporate donations.

The aim of the pre=physical therapy club includes students interested in physical therapy and occupational therapy. Young men and women, usually in a college/university based setting, ages 18-30. It is a service club that is part of a global effort to bring peace and understanding to the world. Costs are borne by the Rotaract members or donated funds. Rotaract provides a wonderful extension of Interact Club members as they go to college.

This is a small group that competes against approximately 32 schools and programs from the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. The team took first place in the Pi Kappa Delta National Comprehensive Tournament in 2010. USU is the only school from the state of Utah in the Northwest Forensic Conference. Being part of the Speech and Debate Team helps students improve skills in public speaking, research, politics, and more.

The Octaves are the USU men's a cappella group, who perform both on campus and in the community.
